Questions
Do I need prior cloud work experience?
Helpful but not required. We assume comfort with general IT vocabulary. If you are brand new to IT roles, expect to spend extra time on the pre-reading list.
Are official exam vouchers included?
No. Fees cover instruction, labs, and mentor access. You purchase vouchers separately so your employer can apply its own procurement process.
What is intentionally not covered?
We do not teach bespoke enterprise governance programs or deep networking design. Those belong to advanced associate-level tracks.
